Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made. Please ensure you have reviewed the product details before making a purchase.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital products. It is your responsibility to download and save the products promptly. LLC Solutions Management is not responsible for ensuring continued access once products have been delivered.

LLC Solutions Management reserves the right to terminate or revoke your access to the digital products if you violate these terms. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state of Florida, United States.

Vera Rai Institute™ Terms and Conditions & Professional Disclosure

1. Nature of Services: Non-Contact Energetic Regulation

The services provided by the Vera Rai Institute™ are strictly energetic and somatic in nature. All sessions are conducted via non-contact (hovering) techniques only. There is no physical manipulation of tissue or skin-to-skin contact. While the practitioner is a Licensed Nurse, these services—specifically Somatic Reiki and Clinical Energetic Regulation—are not the practice of nursing, massage therapy, or medicine.

2. No Medical or Massage Therapy Advice

Information provided during sessions or on this website is for educational and energetic purpose only. These sessions do not constitute medical diagnosis or massage therapy. Practitioner will not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or perform manual therapy. Clients are encouraged to continue under the care of their primary medical and mental health providers.

3. Client Responsibility & Informed Consent

By booking a session, the client acknowledges that the practitioner will maintain a "hovering" distance at all times. The client assumes full responsibility for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The client understands that Somatic Reiki is a relaxation and regulation tool and not a substitute for clinical intervention.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Single Sessions: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the session fee.

Packages (3 or 6 Sessions): Packages are non-refundable and must be completed within 6 months of purchase.

Intensives/Certifications: Due to limited seating (10 people), deposits for the Tampa Bay Intensive are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date with at least 14 days' notice.

Confidentiality

All client information is kept strictly confidential. Information will only be released if required by law or in the event of a clear threat to the safety of the client or others.

4. Ethical Conduct The Vera Rai Institute™

operates under a strict Code of Ethics. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is under the influence of substances or who exhibits behavior that is disrespectful or unsafe for the practitioner or other students.

Vera Rai Institute™ FAQs

The Tampa Bay Intensive (May 30–31)

1. Is my deposit refundable? Deposits are non-refundable as they secure one of only 10 available seats in this immersive environment. If you are unable to attend, your deposit may be applied as a credit toward a future Intensive at the practitioner's discretion.

2. When is the final balance due? To maintain your secured seat, the remaining balance must be paid in full by May 20th (10 days prior to the Intensive date).

3. Where is the Intensive located? The Intensive is held in the Tampa Bay Area, FL. To ensure the privacy and energetic integrity of the experience, the exact venue address and arrival instructions are disclosed only to confirmed students after their seat is fully secured.

4. Do I need prior Reiki certification to attend? No. While experienced healers are welcome, this Intensive is designed for anyone—especially those with a clinical background—looking for a deeper, "Nurse-grade" somatic framework.

Clinical Energetic Regulation (Treatments)

1. What is your cancellation policy? Sessions are non-refundable if cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. However, your payment will be held as a credit toward a newly scheduled date.

2. Can I transfer my session or package to someone else? No. To maintain clinical integrity and the continuity of your "Plan of Care," sessions and packages are non-transferable and must be used by the individual who booked them.

3. Do you use physical touch during treatments? No. All sessions are non-contact (hovering). We focus on the somatic electrical field and nervous system regulation without physical manipulation of the body. This ensures a safe, non-invasive, and compliant professional experience.

4. What is the difference between a single session and a package? A single Calibration is an excellent entry point for immediate relief. However, somatic change is cumulative. The 3 and 6-session packages are designed to stabilize your system over time, moving from relief to long-term regulation.

Privacy & Professional Standards

1. When do I get information disclosure after securing my seat? Full orientation details, including venue location, parking, and what to bring, will be sent via email once your registration or booking is complete and your payment is processed.

2. How is my personal information handled? As a Licensed Nurse, I maintain the highest standards of confidentiality. Your intake forms and session notes are stored in a secure, encrypted system and are never shared with third parties.

3. Is this a medical treatment? While led by a Licensed Nurse, these services are energetic and somatic in nature. They are intended to complement, not replace, professional medical or psychological care. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medications.
